"The staff and the hotel were great. Just had very noisy neighbors and the ice machine was extremely loud at the end of the hallway. Was unable to sleep so we ended up leaving at three in the morning.Joseph the bartender was very accommodating and super nice. "

"Overall really great stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and a great view of the city! Loved the direct access to the trolley just outside the hotel and also the breakfast at Silver Whistle downstairs was phenomenal - loved The Avenue truffle egg jar. Never made it upstairs to the rooftop because kids aren’t allowed up there but heard it’s really beautiful. One thing that would have been helpful would be larger shampoo/comdutioner/body wash bottles in the room, not really enough to accommodate four people. "

"First of all the gentlemen working the front desk was fantastic. Very nice man. I had a lot on my mind. It was not in a good mood, but he was very professional. The hotel room was clean. That's all you could ask for it's a great little hotel for the price. To the gentleman that was working the following morning during checkout if a guest talks to you and says good morning and you completely ignore them. That's not a good thing."

"There was plenty of areas to eat and safe and quiet environment perfect for families. I traveled with my two teens suggest it for all families who want a safe quiet part of NOLO. Love the restaurants and beautiful architecture in this area. Staff was super friendly and pool is heated"

"Yes, room was not dusted and cleaned properly. Sheets were old, stained & dirty. Had to go buy my own. I told the front desk and ask for at least a 2 night comp and they wouldn't do anything. So i lost money instead of saving. Microwave didnt work. "
